attitude We think it's all possible. Nurturing original voices, planting the seeds of positive change. With Our Words, Inc. is a nonprofit collective of educators, performing artists, business owners, community activists, even decorated military personnel who believe in the power of the artistic spirit. Since 2003 WOW has been providing a uniquely creative environment in California's Central Valley. WOW programs are where ballet girls hook up with the girls who step, where the MCs spit with the debate team. The focus is on sharpening skills and blurring boundaries in order to rock the mic. We often explain WOW by saying, "It's not Sesame Street but it's also not Showtime After Dark." We are committed to helping people, especially young people, discover their unique narrative skills. We never censor the subject matter, and sometimes the language is a bit grimy, but the emphasis is always on constructive and creative methods to comment on the world around and within us. You may say I'm a dreamer, But I'm not the only one. I hope someday you will join us And the world will live as one. --John Lennon--
